- Learn doughs of three notable bakers/pastry chefs from around the world.
- Make a butter block.
- Laminate your own personal croissant dough.
- Learn a few egg wash approaches.
- Make butter and chocolate croissants.
- Have some white wine or sparkling after and make chicken salad sandwiches with what you've baked.
3:00 - 5:00 PM. Dine outside after the class, weather permitting.
